Is This You?

Who Is This For?

Who This Is For:

  • You own a Central Ohio business doing $1M or more a year, set up as an S corp or LLC.
  • Your tax bill keeps climbing right along with your revenue, and you find out in April.
  • You still pay yourself the salary you picked when the business was half this size.
  • Your preparer, bookkeeper and financial advisor each hold one piece, and they rarely talk to each other.
  • You own your building or plan to buy one, or your spouse or kids help in the business.
  • Your books are behind, and you want them caught up and kept current every month.

This Is Not For:

  • Employees who don't own a business.
  • Owners whose business does under $1M a year.
  • Anyone looking for the lowest return preparation fee available.
  • Anyone who'd rather buy equipment they don't need just for the write-off.
  • Anyone who wants a return filed and no contact until next April.

100% Done-For-You

Here's Everything We Do For You

How Hava and the team behind her plan, carry out and keep up your tax strategy through the year.

We Study Your Whole Picture

We read your returns, entity papers and books (nothing has to be tidy first), then ask what a return never asks: what you're building toward, how you pay yourself and what you own.

We Find Where You Overpay

We look at your S corp salary, a retirement plan the business pays into, family on payroll, who owns your building and Ohio's business income deduction, and we tell you which parts don't fit.

We Carry Out The Changes

Before December 31st, we put each change in place and document it, so your return reports a plan that's already finished instead of revealing one in April.

Your Advisors On One Page

We don't replace your preparer, financial advisor or attorney. We bring them onto one set of numbers, because the best opportunities sit in the space between their jobs.

We Keep Your Books Current

Our sister practice, Mantle Financial Solutions, catches up books that fell behind and keeps them current every month, so your numbers can answer a question the day it's asked.

We File And Handle The IRS

We can prepare and file your business and personal returns too. If a letter from the IRS shows up, Hava, as an Enrolled Agent, speaks with the agency on your behalf.

On The Record

Does It Actually Work?

“
Her commitment to understanding the full picture, not merely completing a tax return, is paramount to setting our small business up for long-term success. Hava often anticipates what my next question will be and addresses it before I ask.

As the owner of several small businesses, ... She inherited a lot of messy work from my prior accountants and handled the cleanup with real patience and diligence. She's always on top of things, communicates clearly, and brings a strategic mindset to the table rather than just crunching numbers.

Still On The Fence?

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to replace my tax preparer?+
No, and in most cases we'd rather you kept them. Filing is one job and planning is another: we work on the decisions while they're still open, then make sure your preparer, advisor and attorney know what changed and why. If you'd rather we handle the filing too, we can.
Can you tell me how much I'll save before we start?+
Not an exact figure. Hava's rule is that anyone quoting a number before they've seen your return is guessing. Send your recent business and personal returns before the call, and she'll show you where the business seems to be overpaying and which fixes still count this year.
Do I have to spend money to save on taxes?+
Usually not. A deduction lowers your taxable income, not your bill dollar for dollar, so buying equipment you don't need just shrinks your bank account. Most of the savings come from how you pay yourself, who's on payroll, how your building is owned, a retirement plan and Ohio's business income deduction.
My books are a mess. Can we still do this?+
Yes. Behind books usually mean the company outran its paperwork, and bookkeeping is where Mantle started. Catching them up is the first step of the work, and then our team keeps them current every month.
Is it too late to lower my 2026 taxes?+
No, but the calendar matters. Almost everything that cuts your 2026 taxes has to happen inside 2026, so December 31st is the real deadline and the sooner we start, the more options are still open. The savings show up when your 2026 return is filed.
How much does it cost?+
Our fee isn't published, because it's scoped to your business rather than a package tier. Hava quotes it up front on the strategy call, before any work starts.
Who will I actually work with?+
Hava Laudon leads the strategy work herself, with the team behind her. She's an Enrolled Agent, a Certified Main Street Tax Advisor and a QuickBooks Online Advanced ProAdvisor, and she spent 12 years as the business manager of an Ohio company. We work with owners across Columbus and Central Ohio, mostly over video, and at your table when we can.
What happens on the strategy call?+
Hava asks what you're building toward, how you pay yourself, who keeps your books and files your returns, who in your family works in the business and what you own. Then she shows you where the business seems to be overpaying and which fixes still count for 2026. If it isn't a fit, she'll tell you plainly, and you'll still understand your numbers better.
One Last Step

Ready To See Where Your Business Is Overpaying In Taxes?

On the strategy call, Hava looks at how you pay yourself, who keeps your books and what you own. You'll see where the business seems to be overpaying and which fixes still count before December 31st.
